Postal Services Act 2000 (Disclosure of Information) Order 2001 No. 3617

Modifications to Schedule 7

2.—(1) Paragraph 3 (other permitted disclosures) of Schedule 7 to the Postal Services Act 2000 is modified as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (1)(c), for “the Financial Services Act 1986(1)” substitute “the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000(2)”.

(3) In sub-paragraph (2), delete paragraphs (h) and (l) and, at the end, add—

“(s)the Financial Services Authority,

(t)the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority,

(u)the Gas and Electricity Consumer Council.”.

(4) For sub-paragraph (3), substitute—
