1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Building Act 1984; and
“the principal Regulations” means the Building Regulations 2000(1).
