The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 21(5)(a) and (b), 27(3) and 67(3) of, and paragraph 8(a) and (b) and paragraph 9 of Schedule 4 to, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1995 c. 50. For the meaning of “prescribed” and of “regulations” see section 68.
