2. At the end of Regulation 1(2)(b) of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Freezing of Funds) Regulations 2001(1), there is added “, as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1205/2001 of 19th June 2001 amending, for the first time, Council Regulation (EC) No. 2488/2000 of 10th November 2000 maintaining a freeze of funds in relation to Mr Milosevic and those persons associated with him”(2).
