5. A person who without reasonable excuse fails to comply with any requirement imposed pursuant to tribunal rules which make provision for the matters referred to in—
(a)paragraph 9(1)(c) of Schedule 8 to the Act; or
(b)paragraph 9(1)(g) of Schedule 8 to the Act
is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
