Variation of the New Addington Education Action Zone Order 1998
5.—(1) The New Addington Education Action Zone Order 1998(1) is varied as follows:
(2) The words “one person” in article 4(c) are deleted and substituted with, “either one or two persons”;
(3) After article 4(c) the following words are inserted, “4(d) the chair of the EAZ strategy group.”;
(4) Articles 5(c) and 5(d) are deleted and the following words are substituted—
“5.
(c)either three or four additional members from persons appearing to them to represent the interests of local statutory services, voluntary organisations, or the local community.”.
(5) In Schedule 1 after “Croydon Education Business Partnership, 1 Wandle Way, Croydon, CR9 1HY” are added the following words:
