Schedule 1 of the Blackburn with Darwen Education Action Zone Order 1998 is varied as follows:

The maximum number of persons who can be appointed by the Blackburn Partnership is varied so that the number “2” is substituted for the number “3”.

The maximum number of persons who can be appointed by Education Action Zone Community Associations is reduced so that the number “1” is substituted for the number “3”.
