This Order brings into force further provisions of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 (C. 19).
Sections 62 to 66 (loss of benefit for breach of community order) are brought fully into force on 15th October 2001 for the purposes of their application to persons in relation to whom specified community orders are made, and who fall to be supervised in the probation areas of Derbyshire, Hertfordshire, Teesside or West Midlands (article 2(1) and (2)).
