103. In section 93(1)—
(a)in subsections (5) to (13) for the words—
(i)“Commission”, and
(ii)“central office”,
wherever they appear, there is substituted “Authority”, and
(b)in subsection (14) for the words “Commission, with the consent of the Treasury, prescribes” there is substituted “Treasury prescribe”.
