7. For paragraph 1(1)(s) of Schedule 3, substitute the following paragraph—
“(s)any payments made to the student out of access bursary funds or hardship funds paid to the institution at which he attends his course under section 65 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992(1), or sections 73 and 74 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980(2) or out of access funds under article 30 of the Education and Libraries (Northern Ireland) Order 1993(3) or article 5 of the Further Education (Northern Ireland) Order 1997(4).”.
