2. The date “23rd September 2001” shall be substituted for the date “23rd July 2001” in the following provisions—
(a)paragraph 3A(3) of Part VI of Schedule 2 to the Meat Products (Hygiene) Regulations 1994(1);
(b)regulation 7(7) and regulation 8(8) of the Minced Meat and Meat Preparations (Hygiene) Regulations 1995(2); and
(c)paragraph 3 of Part I of Schedule 13 to the Fresh Meat (Hygiene and Inspection) Regulations 1995(3).
S.I. 1994/3082. Paragraph 3A(3) of Part VI of Schedule 2 was added by the Foot-And-Mouth Disease (Marking of Meat and Meat Products) Regulations 2001, S.I. 2001/1512.
