Whereas, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament, pursuant to section 21(4) of the Broadcasting Act 1996(1);
Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 21(1)(a) of the Broadcasting Act 1996, and after consultation (in accordance with section 21(3) of that Act) with the Independent Television Commission, hereby makes the following Order:
