In exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 82 of the International Criminal Court Act 2001,(1) I hereby make the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the International Criminal Court Act 2001 (Commencement) (Amendment) Order 2001.
2. Article 3 of the International Criminal Court Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2001(2) shall be amended by adding at the end the following:
| “Schedule 1, paragraph 1 | conferring legal capacity, privileges and immunities on the ICC” |

This Order amends the International Criminal Court Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2001 (S.I. 2001/2161 (C.69)) to bring into force forthwith the power in Schedule 1 of the 2001 Act to make an Order in Council to confer legal capacity, privileges and immunities on the International Criminal Court.
