SCHEDULE 2 PROVISIONS OF THE ACT COMING INTO FORCE ON 1st JULY 2001

PART II TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

2.  Nothing in paragraph 16 of Schedule 21 to the Act shall apply to pilot schemes under section 10 of the Representation of the People Act 2000(1) where the date of the poll for the election to which the pilot scheme related was before 1st July 2001.
