The length of the A6 trunk road ceasing to be a trunk road is situated between the A6/A14/A6003 junction in the Parish of Burton Latimer in the Borough of Kettering in the County of Northamptonshire and the A6/A45 Roundabout in the Parish of Higham Ferrers in the District of East Northamptonshire in the County of Northamptonshire and is shown by broad black dashes on the plan folio numbered HA 10/PS/240 marked “The A6 Trunk Road (South Kettering to the A45) (Detrunking) Order 2001” and signed by authority of the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions and deposited at DETR Records Management Branch, Floor 13 (IMD), Ashdown House, St. Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex TN37 7GA.
