Increase in rates of Disability Living Allowance12
In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 199138 (rate of benefit)—
a
in paragraph (1)(a), for the sum of £53.55 there shall be substituted the sum of £55.30;
b
in paragraph (1)(b), for the sum of £35.80 there shall be substituted the sum of £37.00;
c
in paragraph (1)(c), for the sum of £14.20 there shall be substituted the sum of £14.65;
d
in paragraph (2)(a), for the sum of £37.40 there shall be substituted the sum of £38.65; and
e
in paragraph (2)(b), for the sum of £14.20 there shall be substituted the sum of £14.65.
