The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 247 of the Local Government Act 1972(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1972 c. 70; subsection (3) of section 247 was added by section 66(5) and paragraph 53 of Schedule 15 to the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994 (c. 19).
