The Railways (Closure Provisions) (Exemptions) (St. Pancras) Order 2001

Definitions

2.  In this Order—

  • “the specified network” means—

    (a)

    the railway lines situated within St. Pancras Station;

    (b)

    the railway lines running to St. Pancras station from the junction immediately beneath the bridge known as “Bridge number 13”, which carries the North London Line over the Midland Main Line;

    (c)

    the railway lines that—

    (i)

    connect with the railway lines referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) but do not form part of those lines; and

    (ii)

    are connected to railway junctions that are south of the junction mentioned in paragraph (b) above; and

    (d)

    all installations associated with the railway lines mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c) above and which form part of a network; and

  • “St. Pancras station” means the railway station that is situated at St. Pancras, adjacent to the Euston Road, London, NW1.
