Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
The Regulations approved by this Order revoke and replace the Veterinary Surgeons (Examination of Commonwealth and Foreign Candidates) Regulations 1967 as amended. These Regulations further increase the fees payable by persons holding certain Commonwealth or foreign qualifications in veterinary surgery for sitting the whole or part of the statutory examination of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. (These fees were last fixed in 1998 and are being increased by 25 per cent.)
