The Collection and Enforcement of Other Forms of Maintenance Regulations shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs of this regulation.

In regulations 2(b), 3 and 4(b), for the words “maintenance assessment” wherever they appear there shall be substituted “
maintenance calculation
”
.

In regulation 3, for “40” there shall be substituted “

”

In regulation 5, for “absent parent” there shall be substituted “

”
