Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 66 of the Civil Aviation Act 1949(1), section 66 of the Civil Aviation Act 1971(2) and section 108 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982(3) and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:
