Amendment of the Civil Aviation Act 1949 (Overseas Territories) Order 1969 U.K.

3.  The Civil Aviation Act 1949 (Overseas Territories) Order 1969(1) is hereby amended as follows:

(1) In Article 3, for “sections 8, 9, 10” there shall be substituted “sections 8 (except subsection (4)), 9”.

(2) In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2, subsection (4) of section 8 shall be deleted.

(3) Paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 shall be deleted.
