The Barnet Community Healthcare, the Enfield Community Care and the Haringey Health Care National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order dissolves on 1st April 2001:

• the Barnet Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust;

• the Enfield Community Care National Health Service Trust; and

• the Haringey Health Care National Health Service Trust.

It should be read in conjunction with:

• the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2001(1).

• the Barnet Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001(2).

• the Enfield Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001(3), and

• the Haringey Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order(4).

These trusts are to carry out certain functions previously carried out by the trust which is dissolved by this Order.
