Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order dissolves on 1st April 2001 the Nottingham Healthcare National Health Service Trust, and the Central Nottinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust.
It should be read in conjunction with the Nottinghamshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2000(1) which establishes a new NHS trust, together with the King’s Mill Centre for Health Care Services National Health Service Trust Change of Name and (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001(2). In addition, it should be read in conjunction with the Ashfield Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001(3), the Mansfield District Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000(4), The Newark and Sherwood Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000(5) The Nottingham City Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001(6), and The Rushcliffe Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2001(7). These trusts are to carry out certain functions previously carried out by the trust which is dissolved by this order.
