The Representation of the People Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2001 No. 116 (C. 6)

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Representation of the People Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2001.

(2) In this Order—

“the 1983 Act” means the Representation of the People Act 1983(1); and

“the 2000 Act” means the Representation of the People Act 2000.
