Section 19 of the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998 115 (vesting of land by order in a regional development agency) is amended as follows.

After subsection (8) is inserted—
8A
No order shall be made under subsection (1) in relation to a universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000).

In subsection (10)(definitions), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”, for the words “, the Civil Aviation Authority and the Post Office” are substituted the words “and the Civil Aviation Authority”.
