The Criminal Procedure (Scotland ) Act 1995102 is amended as follows.

In section 70(3) (proceedings against bodies corporate) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator”.

In section 150(4) (failure of accused to appear) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator”.

In section 228(6)(b) (probation orders) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operators”.

In section 234D(3) (procedural matters relating to drug treatment and testing orders) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator”.

In section 238(11) (community service orders) for the words “Post Office” are substituted the words “postal operator”.
