The 1981 Act
23.—(1) The Post Office shall on and after 26th March 2001 be under the duty set out in section 75(1)(1) of the 1981 Act (the Post Office’s accounts and audit thereof) in respect of the period ending on 25th March 2001 and section 75(2) to (8) shall apply for that purpose.
(2) The expenses incurred on or after 26th March 2001 by the Post Office in connection with paragraph (1) of this article shall be met by the nominated company.
