Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994
28. In Schedule 2 to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 (vehicles exempt from vehicle excise duty)(1), in paragraph 7, after sub-paragraph (c), there is inserted
“or
(d)a Primary Care Trust established under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977.”.

1994 c. 22; paragraph 7(c) of Schedule 2 to the Act was inserted by the Health Act 1999 (Supplementary and Consequential Provisions) Order 1999, S.I. 1999/2795.
