SCHEDULE 1 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS COMING INTO FORCE ON 8th FEBRUARY 2000

Post Office Act 1969

8.  In section 86 of the Post Office Act 1969 (Interpretation of Part III)(1), in the definition of “national health service authority”, in paragraph (a), for “or a Special Health Authority” there is substituted, “ , a Special Health Authority or a Primary Care Trust”.
