11.  In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (other disqualifying offices)(1), there is inserted the following entry–

• “Chairman or any member, not also being an employee, of a Primary Care Trust established under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977.”
