SCHEDULE 2 MODIFICATIONS OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

1.—(1) Section 46 shall be modified as follows.

(2) Subsection (1) shall be omitted.

(3) In subsection (1A) for “Greater London” there shall be substituted “ the parking area”.
