Regulations relating to dairy products, egg products and egg hygiene: consequential provisions

3.—(1) The Milk and Dairies (General) Regulations 1959(1) shall be modified in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 1.

(2) The Egg Products (Hygiene) Regulations 1993(2) shall be modified, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part II of Schedule 1.

(3) The Dairy Products (Hygiene) Regulations 1995(3) shall be modified in accordance with the provisions of Part III of Schedule 1.

(4) The Dairy Products (Hygiene) (Charges) Regulations 1995(4) shall be modified in accordance with the provisions of Part IV of Schedule 1.

(5) The Eggs (Marketing Standards) Regulations 1995(5) shall be modified, in relation to England and Wales, in accordance with the provisions of Part V of Schedule 1.
