Amendment of s. 13 of Broadcasting Act 1990
2. In section 13 of the Broadcasting Act 1990(1) (prohibition on providing television services without a licence), in subsection (1), for “(b), (c) or (d)” there is substituted “(b), (c), (cc), or (d)”(2).
