3. Article 4 of the Town and Country Planning (Blight Provisions) Order 1990(1) is hereby revoked insofar as it extends to England.
S.I. 1990 No. 465. The Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (1971 c. 78) was repealed by the Planning (Consequential Provisions) Act 1990 (1990 c. 11) and section 192(4)(a) of the 1971 Act, the provision conferring the power under which article 4 was made, was re-enacted in section 149(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
