In section 42 (intelligence services authorisations)–
a
in subsection (1), after “Secretary of State” there is inserted “or, the Scottish Ministers (by virtue of provision under section 63 of the Scotland Act 1998)”; and
b
in subsection (2), after “Secretary of State” there is inserted “or, the Scottish Ministers (by virtue of provision under section 63 of the Scotland Act 1998)”;
