PART IAPPLICATION
1. This Schedule applies to–
(a)the Controller of Plant Variety Rights(1);
(b)the Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunal(2); and
(c)the Plant Variety Rights Office(3).

The Controller of Plant Variety Rights was constituted by section 2 of the Plant Varieties Act 1997 (c. 66).
(2)
The Plant Varieties and Seeds Tribunal was continued by section 42 of the Plant Varieties Act 1997.
(3)
The Plant Variety Rights Office was continued by section 2 of the Plant Varieties Act 1997.
