PART IAPPLICATION AND INTERPRETATION
1.—(1) This Schedule shall apply to the Inland Waterways Amenity Advisory Council(1).
(2) In this Schedule, “the 1968 Act” means the Transport Act 1968(2).

The Inland Waterways Amenity Advisory Council was constituted by section 110 of the Transport Act 1968 (c. 73).
