In section 16, for the words “section 3 above or section 15” there shall be substituted the words “section 3, 15 or 15A”.

In section 30(1), in paragraphs (a) and (b), for the words “section 3 or 15” in each place where they occur there shall be substituted the words “section 3, 15 or 15A”.

In section 31(4), after the words “section 15” there shall be inserted the words “or 15A”.
