The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 6(6) and (7) of the Museums and Galleries Act 1992(1), and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby orders as follows:

1992 c. 44; section 6(6) was amended by the Transfer of Functions (National Heritage) Order 1992, S.I. 1992/1311, article 12(2) and Schedule 2, paragraph 8.
