Provisions coming into force2

The provisions of the 2000 Act specified in Part I of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st October 2000.

The provision of the 2000 Act specified in Part II of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st November 2000.

The provision of the 2000 Act specified in Part III of the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st January 2001.

Unless otherwise specified in the Schedule to this Order the provisions referred to in paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) shall come into force for all purposes.
