Paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 (employers exempted from insurance) to the Employers' Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998 is amended as follows.

After “the Scottish Ministers” (where it first occurs) insert “or the National Assembly for Wales”.

After “the Scottish Consolidated Fund” insert “or, in the case of a certificate issued by the National Assembly for Wales, out of monies provided by that Assembly”.
