in paragraph (1) for “notice of appeal”, substitute “appellant’s notice”;
ii
for paragraph (3), substitute—

The appellant’s notice must be filed at the court within 14 days after the date on which a statement of the tribunal’s findings was filed pursuant to section 48(1) of the Act.
iii
omit paragraph (4);
b
in rule 13(1) for “notice of appeal”, substitute “appellant’s notice”; and
c
in rule 16 for “notice of appeal”, substitute “appellant’s notice”.
