The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 13(1) of the Trustee Delegation Act 1999(1), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Trustee Delegation Act 1999 (Commencement) Order 2000.
2. Sections 1 to 12 of, and the Schedule to, the Trustee Delegation Act 1999 shall come into force on 1st March 2000.

This Order brings the Trustee Delegation Act 1999 into force on 1st March 2000, with the exception of section 13 (commencement, extent and short title), which came into force upon Royal Assent.
