This Order further amends the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 by—changing the contact address of the Department of Trade and Industry for the purposes of notifications under Article 8(5);extending the controls to include all types of all wheel drive vehicles capable of off road use that satisfy the conditions stated in that Order, not just all wheel drive utility vehicles that satisfy those conditions;controlling individual cuffs and extending controls on shackles (which includes handcuffs) that satisfy certain conditions stated in that Order.
