Amendment of the Education (Assisted Places) (Incidental Expenses) Regulations 1997
2.—(1) The Education (Assisted Places) (Incidental Expenses) Regulations 1997(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(2) (clothing grant), for “£11,466” there shall be substituted “£11,718”.
(3) In regulation 2(3), for subparagraphs (a) and (b) there shall be substituted—
“(a)£71 where the relevant income does not exceed £10,901; and
(b)£37 where that income exceeds £10,901 but does not exceed £11,718.”.
(4) In regulation 4 (travel grant)—
(a)in paragraph (3), for “£10,683” there shall be substituted “£10,914”; and
(b)in paragraph (4)—
(i)for “£10,683” there shall be substituted “£10,914”; and
(ii)for “£10,504” there shall be substituted “£10,735”.
