The Enzootic Bovine Leukosis (England) Order 2000

The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 1, 6, 7(1), 15(4), 28, 32(2), 34(7), 35(3) and 87(2) of the Animal Health Act 19811 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
