Race Relations Act 1976 (c. 74)
9. In section 78(1) of the Race Relations Act 1976 (general interpretation provisions), after the definition of “employment Agency” there is inserted–
““enactment” includes an enactment comprised in, or in an instrument made under, an Act of the Scottish Parliament;”.
