Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 (c. 84)
3.—(1) Section 22A(11)(1) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 (application to Scotland) is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of paragraph (b), “and” is omitted.
(3) At the end of paragraph (c) there is inserted–
“and
(d)in subsection (4) for “House of Commons is adjourned” there is substituted “Scottish Parliament is in recess”.”.
