In regulation 72 (good cause for the purposes of section 19(5)(a) and (6)(c) and (d) and section 20A(2)(a), (f) and (g))—
a
at the end of paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the words “and section 20A (denial or reduction of joint-claim jobseeker’s allowance)”;
b
in paragraphs (2)30, (4), (5) and (6) after the words “for the purposes of section 19(5)(a) and (6)(c) and (d)” there shall be inserted the words “and section 20A(2)(a), (f) and (g)”;
c
in both paragraphs (3A) and (5A) after the words “for the purposes of section 19(6)(c) and (d)”, in each place where they occur, there shall be inserted the words “and section 20A(2)(f) and (g)”;
d
in paragraph (8) after the words “for the purposes of section 19(6)(d)” there shall be inserted the words “and section 20A(2)(g)”;
e
in paragraph (9)(b)(ii) after the words “section 19(6)(d)” there shall be inserted the words “or section 20A(2)(g)”.
